This little Rogue has left Wrath Reborn and will miss all of its members dearly. Keep in mind if you ever need me I am only a whisper away. For those of you curious this is my reason...
I cannot condone a Guild Master that will run away from guild members. They are people and should be respected and treated as such. A discussion should be handled level headed and your vocal tone controlled. I know this is hard to do when opinions clash but when you run away, log off, or just sit in vent and say nothing it shows poor leadership.
More details after the break...
When you said "Well (we/should we?) just disband the guild then." it shows instability in a group that should work as a collective unit. Ideas were introduced and opinions given, this should be looked at as a gift rather than a threat. If you cannot drop your ego and animosity then how do you expect to lead successfully? If you do not want the guild, pass over the reins to someone that would 'want' to lead.
A leader should hear out whatever your guild and the people that are under your wings have to say. Take their concerns and ideas as just that, concerns and ideas while hearing them out instead of talking over them. Taking criticism is healthy, it's telling you where you may need some improvement.
Being around this type of person was no longer fun for me. I can not be only among the few that care and have the main person who is suppose to care walk away so easily. I pay to play and have fun, not to induce drama into a supposedly drama free zone. Also just because you have a few beers does not give you license to be a.. *sigh* this is enough. I will not go down to ground level, it's not worth it.
The GM needs to stop acting like the second highest rank, Wrath Queen, because that's exactly what hes acting like, a woman with a hormone imbalance.
