I ask this question a lot and it seems the answers I receive are well just not the ones I would like.
Please forgive me if you take offense, it is clearly not intended.
While the Guild Masters of my newly found guild have been taking in the dealings of their own lives the guild itself comes to a standstill, is there anyone we can look to to lead while they are absent? We think of ourselves as an up and coming 'Casual?' Raid Guild and while I in no shape or form want to Raid every single moon, when other members would like to tackle something it seems it takes hours to get a 10man together. We seem lost and highly unorganized. So I wait, and watch, and understand that things in each individuals life need to be attended to. It is just when the time crunch hits some members have to be left out and it hurts me to see.
I understand that you can not please everyone, but can we try to please at all? Are we ready? Are we prepared? Are we going to do this?
It seems so silly now that I think on it. My transition into being under the lead of someone else and not in the lead anywhere is frustrating. I bite my tongue to see what happens for I yet do not know my place in the scheme of things. May the Ancients allow me to find it soon.
Our Guild will gather this moon and meet for discussions unknown. I hope some resolve is near.
