For the Alliance? Or against us?

For the Alliance for some people in Azeroth is hard. It is too complicated to take out the 4 Horde leaders, Thrall of Ogrimmar, Cairne Bloodhoof of Thunder Bluff, Lor'themar Theron of Silvermoon, and Lady Sylvanas Windrunner of Undercity, how hard can it be right? Invited to the raid of 40 brave males and females I set off for an easy run. I came for moral support having already accomplished this before with a wonderful raid many moons ago. Why do I say that it is hard then? Let me explain the rules. Enter Raid 101, class please be seated:

Rule #1: You do not talk about the Raid except in the Raid.
If you cannot do this, then shut the hell up.

Rule #2: You do not talk about the Raid except to the Raid.
If you cannot do this, refer to Rule #1 notes.

Rule #3: We in the Raid are there as a collective force to accomplish the same goal. If you work against us you do not belong with us.

Rule #4: You do not speak while in a neutral area except in the Raid.
Let me take a moment to review Rule #4. You should not speak, yell, or scratch your... err nose the wrong way if anyone but YOUR Raid can hear or see you.

Rule #5: This should be #1 but I will slide it here. You have a Raid Leader. They are the Raid Leader for a reason. If they were not the Raid Leader you would not be in the said Raid. Listen to them; they may know what is going on better than you do. If not suggest things, be heard, but under no circumstance do your own thing. If you want to be Raid Leader go start your own Raid and leave us who cooperate to this one.

Rule #6: Listen and watch for just the Raid Leader or a Raid General before acting. Know who you are in the Raid with. If some moron says "Gogogogo!" and it is not your Raid Leader... again refer to Rule #5.

Rule #7: Superglue your mount to the spot where the Raid Leader has said to stay. It's not hard, just let go of the reins and your mount will stay put.

Rule #8: Make an effort. If you are lucky enough to have a Mage or Warlock in your Raid they are not port/summoning machines. If you have not made any effort to move from your previous location when 98% of the Raid has in my opinion you should stay there and rot. Let the ranting begin... Get off your corpse, find a spirit healer, move to next location. Yes it is that simple.

Rule #9: We understand that you may have other goals aside from the Raid. You have probably ran with a Raid before to try to accomplish For The Alliance. You may already hold the accomplishment for one of the leaders. When you join a newly formed Raid, no one cares about that but you. You have committed to a full Raid run. Sit back, relax, and kill Horde. Forget the rest.

Rule #10: eh, I do not have a Rule #10 because if you have done all of the above you will be fine. More than fine actually, you will have this.

Raid tips for starting your own. There are many different opinions about the order that the cities need to be done in. In my realm Horde are few and far between most moons, but as a general rule Ogrimmar, Thunder Bluff, Silvermoon, and Undercity. Keep your Raid together, take control, you are the Raid Leader, lead them. Pick spots that are secluded to gather, if you must pick a neutral city find a nearby spot to gather, just don’t sit on the Flight master you just landed at. It looks conspicuous with 40 high levels in one spot out in the open. Feel free to comment if you have other tricks and tips. Enjoy your Black War Bear.
