Guild Meeting Notes!

Subject 1: Raiding.

It is set that all Raids will be held at 6:30PM Server Time during the week with another Early Raid time set on the weekends. This should cover most of the guild members that live in different time zones. Raid times are set around Avranas availability since she is the one that schedules said raids. Times have the potential to be adjusted in the future.

The Raid times as indicated are when the 1st pull will be made. You are to be prepared and ready to go at least 10 to 15 minutes beforehand. This includes Repairs, Flasks, Food, Regents, etc.

The Guild will always do the Weekly Raid.

Mass invites for Raids must be held. If you accept a Raid invitation then please commit to that Raid and Raid time. Everyone in your Raid party is counting on you to be there. If you cannot attend a Raid simply decline the invitation, or if you are not sure mark tentative, but please mark some form of answer. We are getting together a great group of people and would like to start progressing through content. Avrana has ideas in mind to start with Naxx until everyone has the achievements, a few keys for EoE and can work well together.

If you have Accepted a GUILD RAID INVITE please do not get saved to that same Raid. We want to work as a Guild and move out of Pugging outside the guild. However if you have the opportunity to Raid in content that you are not scheduled for jump on it. Take it as a learning experience. We want you to learn about the fights and get the experience so that in the future you can help others in the guild. Also if more than 10 members accept the invitation we will try to make it to where it can turn into a 25man or at least 2 10mans tanks willing.

Raid Leaders: If you feel that you know a Raid inside and out and would be a good leader to lead the Raid through then please pass a note to Avrana and let her know you would like to be the Raid Leader for said Raid.

Everyone will listen to the Raid Leader. The Raid Leader is there for a reason. Not doing so will result in removal from the Raid.

Subject 2: Guild Bank.

The bank will be going through some revisions. Please pay attention to labels because they may be changing in the future. Also, notes may be added in the info of every tab explaining things that may be put into that tab.

Gold/Repairs. If you would like to donate to the guild bank feel free to do so. The guild bank allows for repairs only on certain ranks of Wrath. A good rule of thumb. If your taking out, put something back in.

Subject 3: Rules.

One is held above all else. NO DRAMA. It tears Guilds apart, we all have seen it and some have experienced it. It is not tolerated here.

Subject 4: Email, Vent, and Website.

Vectance has been very kind and is setting up another Vent for the guild. Uses for this vent are still in the air but they are thinking for when we PuG instances or Raids. Having a separate one from Wrath to keep Wrath private.

Avrana also is thinking of setting up another website for Wrath Reborn. She would like participation to keep the website going i.e. attendance on the site. The last site was dropped for lack of attendance.

Subject 5: Promotions.

Guild promotions are based upon several factors. The amount one helps other in the guild. The amount that one helps over all. Praises and Comments from others on a job well done. Attitude towards the guild. How well one would participate and so on.

Subject 6: Guild Recruitment.

While we did have to where everyone and anyone can invite, due to the decrease in players account security this is an issue. From this point on a position has been made called Wrath Officers (Recruitment Officers), they are as follows. Omegasupreme, Yaly, Akeeba, Fawlks, and Cattallie. If you wish to invite someone to our family you must seek out one of the Officers above for an invitation. Officers at their discretion will then watch over the new member, gathering information, making sure that we have a quality person in our midst.

There is a Lock out for new members. New members will not have access to anything in the guild for a minimum of 2 weeks from date invited/accepted. There is no maximum time limit set. *See promotions above*. Keep this in mind, if this was your guild, and it is, would you let this person in?

Subject 7: Guild Meetings.

Monthly meetings will now be set to catch up on guild status, concerns, and other subjects monthly. Keep an eye on your calenders.

Subject 8: Scavenger Hunt.

Avrana will be looking into setting up a Scavenger Hunt just for fun. Something for the guild to do together, and yes a prize will be at the end.
