Guild Meeting Notes!

As I am no longer a part of WR I will still hold my word to post the guild notes that were taken at 2pm server this afternoon.


It was reitterated about Raiding with Guild and Pugging. If there is a Raid on the Guild calender please reserve that particular raid for your guild. If you accept it do not PUG.

Main focus today was a Core Raid Group.

Entertaining the ideas of having a Group 1 and Group 2 raid groups. Avrana, Inglorian, and Catt have been running with the guild scouting for these groups.

Core Group 1 would consist of: Aershalt, Avrana, Catt, Fearus, Fawlks, Varok, Akeeba, Omega, Greymaan, Polzonlvy, Yaly, Dog, Sia, Super/Krackin, Texx.

Core Group 2 would consist of: Thraga, Vectance, Phoenixeve, Gordon, Recce, Kimbul, Oddish, Greymin, Azzurra, Firedove, Draknol.

After this it was said that this was decided apon by Gear Score and DPS as well as the members who are on, on a reg basis.

Raid times will be initially Thur, Fri, and Sat. Fear brought up starting earlier for progressions, so Wed was added. Tuesday will still be set for the Weekly, with another weekly raid done over the weekend to be fair to guild members that could not attend the early one. The Guild Raid per week would alternate between ICC, Ulduar, Naxx and so on. Raid Group 1 and 2 would be scheduled the same days.

Core Group 1 and Group 2 would intergrate as gear and experience are gained. Some in Group 2 should pull inbetween 3500-4000 DPS at thier Gear setting. A plea was issued for some to work on thier rotations, talents, and so on.

*Notes after this point are a little fuzzy, conversations were being had to try to explain the Core Group project.*

Members of WR were concerned about seperating people in the guild. Instead of having it as a collective they felt that is was being torn into 2 beings. They said that it should be done as a guild as a whole. Most of the conversation was lost in vent.

Other concerns: It should not be based on Gear Score but how one handles themself while in a raid setting. Agreements followed but some mistakes were made. Some in Group 2 are some of the highest geared in the guild, confusion was had.

Av continued to ask if everyone wanted the Core Groups or no, as far as I heard no responses where given so I do not know the outcome after I removed myself from the guild.

Also at this point the note taker: Me! was highly irritated. I have tried to be nuetral while writing this I hope the effort shows.
